Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation after booking confirmation will subject to 100% charge (except with proof of sickness or flight disruption)
- Possible to reschedule at least 3 days prior to check -in date with amendment fee of THB 333.- each time of change plus the difference of rate during the new period of stay; non-refundable if rates are cheaper.
- New period must be within 199 days of original booking and depending on availability.
